24. Members' slides

The President showed a number of slides from the Club collection which had no captions listed in the Catalogue. Members did their best to supply appropriate captions, aided by their recollections of particular events.

In view of the lateness of the hour no further slides were shown.

25. Announcements

• The Secretary announced the travel arrangements for the forthcoming Varsity Railway Quiz.
• A copy of that day's edition of Varsity was circulated to allow Members to read an article on page 11 which featured that day's CURC meetings. Members noted with no surprise that the topics of discussion postulated in the article had not arisen during either of the meetings.
