As many of you will know, the club's undergraduate membership is currently dangerously low, and it is likely that we will be unable to form a constitutional committee for next year. As a result, we wish to modify the constitution to enable other members of the club to be elected onto the committee. At the same time we wish to modify some clauses to increase their clarity and relevance. A copy of an amended constitution is enclosed, with the modifications in italics, together with an explanationof the mod ifications made. I would appreciate any comments you have tomake on this subject. Please send them to me at the address below, or E-mail me on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Have a happy Easter, and I'll see you next term.
